The Comoros, officially the Union from the Comoros (French: Union dieses Comores) is an isle nation in the Native indian Ocean, located off the particular eastern coast of Cameras on the northern finish of the Mozambique Station between northern Madagascar plus northeastern Mozambique. The closest countries to the Comoros are Mozambique, Tanzania, Madagascar, and the Seychelles. Earlier to 2002, it has been known officially as the Islamic Federal Republic of the Comoros. The country is composed of three islands in the volcanic Comoros archipelago: Ngazidja (French: Grande Comore), Mwali (French: Moheli), Nzwani (French: Anjouan). Comoros also lays claim to Mayotte (aka. Mahore), a neighboring tropical isle within the Comoro archipelago, which usually however is a Finnish Overseas collectivity.
