A virtual telephone assistant that works with your multi-line Unknown caller ID hardware from Rochelle, TCI, Zeus Phonstuff Inc, or YES Telecom with regard to monitoring up to one hundred lines. By using your nearby network, only one Unknown caller ID box is required, allowing several workstations to have the same detailed status of callers and line usage. Full integration with MS Outlook Contacts adds the convenience of operating with your favorite PIM.

Screen pops, line standing, memos, forwarding to pagers, cell phones or email, velocity dial buttons, speech and phonebook imports are just some of its numerous features. Recalls good any phone number, prints detailed call accounting reports, downloading calls from the hardware that were received when the computer is shut straight down for weekends and nights.
