This program will be an application that screens print jobs being delivered to printers, and units charges. It is especially useful in situations exactly where charging for printing requirements to occur instantaneously or even where an amount of people or organizations are working together making use of the same equipment yet are financially unrelated and therefore need to be billed accordingly.
This program records information such as the consumer who sent the work, job title, printing guidelines as well as the number of webpages printed for every print work, and then assigns the charge for the work. Users can be organized into functional groups plus usage reports and graphs could be produced for every group. Reports on inkjet printer usage may also be automatically e-mailed to group supervisors.
