Mapping package and surface creation
Spike is a computer plan which enables to create surface being an interpolation (approximation) function of two self-employed variables. This program has the particular following basic features:
> Implements an interpolation / approximation method known as ABOS.
> Simple input is a basic ASCII file containing Back button, Y and Z heads of points irregularly spread in some region.
> The surface may be defined not just simply by points, but also simply by spatial (three-dimensional) polylines.
> So called mistake lines can define shift in generated surface.
> Generated surface may move across points exactly or even could be approximative.
> Smoothness of resulting surface area could be controlled by a single parameter.
> Huge data sets (with noise) could be effectively filtered.
> Quality of ensuing surface is comparable along with surface developed by Kriging or even Minimum curvature method.
