Desktop toolbar and tray launcher

This program Development is an integrated toolbar and tray launcher. This can show several completely customizable toolbars at the time. When you click on a toolbar button this can either run a good application (open a document) or show multilevel personalized menu. Menus may also display contents of folders (e. g. Programs folder from the Start menu or Desktop folder). You can dock toolbars to the screen edges, minimize tool bars to the tray plus access their contents simply by clicking on the holder icon (menu with the particular contents of the toolbar will certainly be shown). This program Development will be a handy alternative or supplement to the Begin menu and Desktop.
